Besom in Purbeck
We collect donated furniture and household items and deliver them to those on benefit or low incomes who are referred to us by the Helping Agencies. We are based in Swanage and cover the old Purbeck District Council region.
We meet on a Thursday morning at the warehouse, but are available by mobile or email Monday-Friday. There are no costs involved.
Dorset Blind Association
Social clubs, mobile equipment service, home visits and telephone befrienders.
Swanage Social Club meeting every 4th Tuesday (not August).
The Rectory Classroom St Mary’s Church 2:30pm-4:30pm.
