Welcome to Wellbeing Swanage

Welcome to Wellbeing Swanage where we bring together spaces, projects and communities to help people live healthier happier more connected lives.

A part of the Swanage and Purbeck Development Trust, our primary goal is to help you access the services and activities needed to support your wellbeing.

This means providing places where this can happen, such as the Focus Centre or Family Hub. Bringing together community, voluntary groups and professional organisations to deliver services and making sure the information and services are easy to access.

We focus on early help, with empathy and compassion at our heart to make sure everyone is supported, be it with mental health, social connections, physical health or getting out in nature. There are so many ways we can improve our wellbeing and live happier healthier lives and Wellbeing Swanage are here to help.

Together we can create a vibrant and healthy, connected community.

Spotted a gap

This project is constantly changing and growing and it isn’t complete or perfect – in fact it is very likely that you might spot a gap!

Perhaps you know of a group that runs locally that is missing from the directory or perhaps there is an issue impacting on your life that nothing in the project currently touches on.

Perhaps there is something that you are passionate about that you think would enhance the health and wellbeing of our community!

We know that our community holds a huge store of knowledge and building more community connections can unlock that! Whatever you have seen, or experienced, we are open to working with you and others to fill those gaps! Please get in touch with us via our contact form or email focuscentre@sandpdt.org.uk with your thoughts.
